1) THE PAYMENT OF GRANTS TO BE AWARDED TO STUDENTS OR FORMER STUDENTS OF THE WYGGESTON AND QUEEN ELIZABETH 1 COLLEGE TO ASSIST THEM IN THE PURSUIT OF LEGAL STUDIES EITHER ACADEMIC OR PROFESSIONAL EITHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE. 2) THE PROVISION OF PRIZES TO BE AWARDED TO STUDENTS OF THE COLLEGE WHO DISTINGUISH THEMSELVES BY ACADEMIC STUDY OR PUBLIC SERVICE IN HISTORY MODERN STUDIES OR COMMUNITY WORK.
