THE RELIEF OF NEED OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITH LOW OR NO INCOME WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC ABUSE, BY PROVIDING BOTH SHORT-TERM ‘EMERGENCY’ AND LONG-TERM ASSISTANCE AS THEY MOVE OUT OF REFUGE ACCOMMODATION.
