Charitable objects
TO HELP CONSERVE, MAINTAIN, AND IMPROVE THE FABRIC, FURNISHINGS AND FITTINGS OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, CHURCHYARD AND THE OLD GRAMMAR SCHOOL, WALTON AND TO
1) SUPPORT THE UPKEEP OF THE BUILDINGS AND THEIR GROUNDS;
2) FOSTER PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE BUILDINGS AND THEIR GROUNDS.
NONE OF THE CHARITY'S ACTIONS WILL CONFLICT WITH THE AIMS, ETHOS OR PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH.
