Charitable objects
2.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 2.1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BY WORKING WITH GOVERNMENTS AND PARTNERS IN INDUSTRY AND CIVIL SOCIETY TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE ACCESS TO APPROPRIATE AND AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; AND 2.1.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN RELATION TO HEALTH OUTCOMES AND INEQUALITIES, THE FUNCTIONING OF HEALTHCARE MARKETS AND THE NATURE OF (AND BARRIERS PREVENTING) ACCESS TO APPROPRIATE AND AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND MARKETS, AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH, IN EACH CASE WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS. IN THIS CLAUSE UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS MEANS ANY POPULATION OR SEGMENT OF A POPULATION IN ANY ODA ELIGIBLE COUNTRY WHICH COMPRISES PEOPLE WHO, IN THE REASONABLE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED AND/OR AT RISK OF BEING EXCLUDED FROM OR UNABLE TO ACCESS APPROPRIATE AND AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE PROVISION.
