THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS
TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
GENERAL PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF ST ANDREW IN SEDBERGH AND ITS
CHURCHYARD.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY
OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
