THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
THE RELIEF OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS BY PROVIDING EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO WOMEN WHO ARE EXPERIENCING PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING A SUPPORTIVE INTERFAITH AND MULTICULTURAL LISTENING SPACE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ALL WOMEN.
