A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BUT SO THAT THE BURTON JOYCE AND BULCOTE AFTERNOON WOMEN'S INSTITUTE SHALL BE PERMITTED TO USE THE PREMISES FREE OF CHARGE (BUT SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR HEATING AND LIGHTING) ON 26 AFTERNOONS IN EACH YEAR IN PRIORITY TO OTHER USERS UPON DUE NOTICE TO THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT.
