TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING PEOPLE IN THE DIOCESE OF CANTERBURY IN PARTICULAR BY PROMOTING THEIR SPIRITUAL, SOCIAL AND GENERAL WELFARE AND THEIR INCLUSION IN SOCIETY.
