1. The prevention or relief of poverty in any part of the world, in particular but not exclusively in Kotli, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.
2. To advance the Islamic Faith for the benefit of the public, particularly but not exclusively, through the provision of an Islamic Centre in Watford, Hertfordshire.
