LIMITATION, AND TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER RESCUE ORGANISATION, AND TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SECURE AND EFFICIENT SEARCH AND RESCUE OF ANY PERSONS SO ENDANGERED.
