FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN GENERAL ON THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF MOTOR MECHANICS, THAT WILL BE EXPLAINED IN A MOTOR MECHANICS MUSEUM, THAT WILL GIVE PEOPLE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW SERVICING AND REPAIR OF A MOTOR CAR BY MOTOR MECHANICS WILL INCREASE THE SAFETY AND RELIABILITY OF MOTORING. FURTHERMORE PEOPLE ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT, ESPECIALLY YOUNG BOYS AND GIRLS, WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE UP A CAREER AS A MOTOR MECHANIC
