THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN SPECIFICALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AGED 0 TO 5 YEARS SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL OR LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES AND THEIR FAMILIES BY (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTAINING OF A HOSPICE OR HOSPICES IN LIVERPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THIS CARE AND SUPPORT MAY BE EXTENDED TO CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 8 WHERE THERE IS A CLINICAL OR FAMILY NEED.
