Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS :- 1. IN PROMOTING THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CONSISTENT WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH IN WALES OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF DENBIGH AND IN PARTICULAR IN PROVIDING INSTRUCTION IN THOSE DOCTRINES BY MEANS OF SUNDAY SCHOOLS OR OTHERWISE AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT: 2. IN PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL IN OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE TOWN OF DENBIGH SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES: 3. IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF PERSONS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS BENEFICIARIES) UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS RESIDENT OR HAVING A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF DENBIGH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN ONE OR MORE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE SCHEME DATED 24 SEPTEMBER 1991.
