TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, WHO ARE OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THEN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME ATTENDED AS A PUPIL AT A COUNTY OR VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA OR ENROLLED STUDENTS AT THE MARGAM COLLEGE OF FURTHER EDUCATION AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
