The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit in Penrith and surrounding areas amongst persons who are excluded from society for any reason, but in particular those who are elderly and in poor physical or mental health, assisting them to integrate into society through the provision of one-to-one befriending and through promoting initiatives which promote social inclusion.
