RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR POOR CHILDREN OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA. BENEFIT OF POORER BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA BY ASSISTING THEIR EDUCATION OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY, MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR ATTENDING TO THE HEALTH OR PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THOSE ATTENDING PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION.
