THE NET YEARLY INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:A) IN AWARDING TO BENEFICARIES SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING B)OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES. THE EXPRESSSION BENEFICIARIES MEANS THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO HVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESDIENT IN THE PARISH OF STOKESLEY OR THE IMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF, AND WHO ARE NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE, OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL FOR BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF STOESLEY
