The Charity enables people with palliative care requirements to have access to appropriate professional assistance and care and helps patients achieve the best possible quality of life in accordance with their wishes. The Charity provides care related services in a variety of settings: In Patient, Day Care, Home Care, Hospital Care, Therapy, Social Work, Family Support & an Out Patient service.
