THE FORUM WILL AIM TO PROMOTE THE RECREATIONAL AND PLAY NEEDS OF ALL CHILDREN WHO RESIDE IN BROXTOWE HAVING REGARD TO THEIR SOCIAL, PHYSICAL,CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND ABILITY.
