Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AS THEY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT DIRECTLY FOR OR TOWARDS THE FURTHERANCE OF THE CARE OF CHILDREN IN YORKSHIRE’S HOSPITALS.
