(A) TO ADVANCE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES OF ORTHODOX JEWS AS DEFINED BY THE CHIEF RABBI FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE UNITED HEBREW CONGREGATIONS OF THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH OF NATIONS. (B) IN FURTHERANCE OF PARAGRAPH (A) SUPPORTING THE SOUTHEND & WESTCLIFF HEBREW CONGREGATION.
