1) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF MUSLIM STUDENTS, WHO ARE EITHER CURRENTLY STUDYING OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY STUDIED, AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD OR AT ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES FOR REASON OF AGE, ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FAITH, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE. 2) MAKE PROVISION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CULTURE, ARTS AND SCIENCES OF MUSLIMS AND THE MUSLIM WORLD, BY THE ORGANISATION AND SUPPORT OF SEMINARS, LECTURES, EXHIBITIONS AND MAKING AVAILABLE SYSTEMATIC COURSES OF INSTRUCTION IN ANY ASPECT OS MUSLIM CULTURE...
