Charitable objects
THE TRUST PROPERTY SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL AND PLAYING FIELD FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF DEVAUDEN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE “AREA OF BENEFIT”) WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARITY’S EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY, AND IN PARTICULAR, FOR USE FOR MEETINGS AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF SPORTS, ARTS, LEISURE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
