The objects of the CIO are: 3.1 people living in the Midlands of the UK and in particular Leicestershire: 3.1.1 to promote the education 3.1.2 to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation 3.1.3 to promote the preservation of mental health 3.1.4 to relieve emotional distress 3.2 the relief of those in need anywhere in the world by reason of financial hardship
