a. Providing a place of worship for those who follow the Islamic faith in Cardiff b. Promoting and enhancing the socio-religious betterment of the Muslim community c. Providing facilities to meet the needs of the Muslim community and in advancement their education, health, social and religious welfare d.Encouraging learning and discussion about Islam among Muslims and wider local community
