Activities - how the charity spends its money

Previously to raise the profile and status of libraries in the North West. However, due to the cessation of the charity, final year activities were to satisfy remaining financial obligations to staff and the disbursement of the remaining funds to institutional membership on strict understanding they would be used for charitable purposes in line with our aims.
