Forum Link's ongoing aim, to increase the number of patient or service user groups in the UK, and empower those individuals from within these groups, so they may engage with legislators and policy makers, commissioners, CCG's as well as voluntary, and other providers, so as to develop and deliver services best suited to the needs of the HIV positive communities they represent.
