Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NEEDS AND POTENTIAL OF VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE.
