THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OR INCOME OF THE CHARITABLE FUND TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTION BETWEEN THEM AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN DULY CONSTITUTTED MEETING DIRECT.
