Patients - purchase equipment, provision of services and facilities not normally provided or in addition to the normal NHS provision. Staff - improve staff facilities, services and education over and above what would normally be provided or in addition to the normal NHS provision. Medical Research - Provide funds in support of research projects which are of benefit to the NHS.
