(B) FIVE SEVENTHS OF INCOME FOR PROVIDING VICTORIA OR OTHER VEHICLE FOR PURPOSE OF DRIVING ABOUT NEIGHBOURHOOD SUCH INHABITANTS. (C) ANY SURPLUS FOR GENERAL BENEFIT OF SUCH INHABITANTS.
