TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF AN INTEREST FREE LOAN TO COLLEAGUES DESIROUS OF OBTAINING ADDITIONAL AMERICAN OR CANADIAN QUALIFICATIONS OF DEGREES AND WHO WILL RETURN TO THIS COUNTRY TO TEACH DENTISTRY OR ENGAGE IN DENTAL PRACTICE.
