Charitable objects
THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE USED TO RELIEVE THE DESTITUTE SICK, POOR, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SECT OR COUNTRY, THROUGHOUT THE METROPOLIS, AND IN ITS VICINITY, HAVING REGARD CHIEFLY TO STRANGERS NOT ENTITLED TO PAROCHIAL RELIEF.
