FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE WITH PREFERENCE TO ALL OR ANY OF THE PURPOSES FOLLOWING: (A) THE PROMOTION OF MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SCIENCE IN ALL FORMS. (B) THE HELPING OF THE YOUNG THE OLD AND THE NEEDY. (C) THE RAISING OF THE ARTISTIC TASTE OF THE PUBLIC WHETHER IN RELATION TO MUSIC DRAMA OPERA PAINTING SCULPTURE OR OTHERWIDE IN CONNECTION WITH THE FNE ARTS.
