Charitable objects
TO SPONSOR AND ENCOURAGE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL FORMS OF THE ARTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF HAVERING BY ACTING AS A LINK BETWEEN THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, LOCAL CULTURAL SOCIETIES, THE ARTS COUNCIL, AND THE LONDON COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICE OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS.
