Activities - how the charity spends its money
We are a Town Council. We provide `value added' services for the Parish of Horwich i.e. those things that the Unitary Authority (Bolton Council) do not.A Christmas lighting scheme, production of a town guide, support for Remembrance Sunday Parade/Service. We also produce an informative newsletter. We give grants and sponsorship to voluntary and community organisations serving the Parish.
