TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE ROMSEY HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.
