Charitable objects

TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR (A) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE SCHOOL HAMPSTEAD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE OR (B) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATION (WHETHER OR NOT CONNECTED WITH THE SAID UNIVERSITY COLLEGE SCHOOL AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN LIKE MANNER DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES SAY BEFORE EXERCISING THEIR DISCRETION CONSIDERATION IN THE FIRST PLACE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SAID UNIVERSITY COLLEGE SCHOOL HAMPSTEAD (BUT WITHOUT IMPOSING ON THE TRUSTEES ANY OBLIGATION AS TO THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY SHALL EXERCISE SUCH DISCRETIOM.
