TO PROVIDE OUT OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF SUCH MONIES A PRIZE TO BE AWARDED EVERY YEAR TO A PUPIL OF THE ROYAL ACADEMY OF MUSIC WHO SHALL COMPOSE THE BEST COMPOSITION OF MUSIC.
