THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY BY THE CONTINUANCE OF A VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE OR FLOOD PROTECTION UNIT WITHIN BANWELL. AVAILABLE IF NECCESSARY TO SUPPLEMENT THE SERVICES OF THE PROFESSIONAL COUNTY FIRE BRIGADE.
