The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of people of Garboldisham and the surrounding areas. This is to include use for recreational, cultural and sporting pursuits, as well as meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of community activities, with the aim of improving the quality of life for all the villagers. The village hall is the central point for the village.
