Charitable objects
(1) UPON TRUST FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE OTHERS OR OTHER OF THE BODIES, ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANISATIONS WHOSE NAMES ARE SET FORTH IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE HERETO (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "SPECIFIED CHARITIES") IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. (2) UPON TRUST FOR SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OR RELIGION OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED OR DEEDS EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE.
