(A) TO RELIEVE MATERIAL NEED OR HARDSHIP PARTICULARLY (THOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY) AMONGST THE YOUNG, THE ELDERLY AND THOSE WHO ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED, INCLUDING (THOUGH NOT BY THE WAY OF LIMITATION) ESTABLISHING, OPERATING OR ASSISTING IN THE OPERATION OF ONE OR MORE ORPHANAGES OR OTHER SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS TO PROVIDE CARE FOR CHILDREN IN NEED, IN CHINA AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY (HEREIN CALLED "THE TRUSTEES") MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT;
