(I) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY OR HANDICAP INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CEREBRAL PALSY, SPINA BIFIDA, DOWNS SYNDROME, MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE OR ANY SIMILAR CONDITION OR FROM ANY OTHER INJURY OR OTHER PHYSICAL AFFLICTION.
(II) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY ADOPT
