Charitable objects
FOR THE PURPOSE OF UPGRADING AND MAINTAINING THE PLAYGROUND SITUATED ON MIDDLETON GREEN. MAINTAINING THE VILLAGE HALL AND PLAYING FIELDS AND PAVILION FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF MIDDLETON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND ANY OTHER PROJECT DEEMED TO BE OF BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
