TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PARENTS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED A MISCARRIAGE, STILLBIRTH, NEONATAL DEATH OR COT DEATH, AND WHERE APPROPRIATE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING TO SUCH PARENTS AND FAMILIES.
