2.1.1 to advance education in African and Caribbean foods and cookery anywhere in the world by:
(a) the promotion of education and training in effective curricula, teaching styles and strategies; and
(b) research into best and effective practice thereof, on subjects including (without limitation):
(c) the culinary arts, culture and history; (d) food design, anthropology and technology;
(e) catering and hospitality; and (f) nutrition
