CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 26 JULY 1998 AS AMENDED 29 MAY 2005,
1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE IN MATTERS SUCH AS IMMIGRATION, EDUCATION, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE.
2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BLACK AND ETHNIC COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS AND OTHER FORMS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION.
3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH IN GHANA, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, BY THE PROVISION OF CLEAN SAFE WATER AND HEALTH CARE.
4) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
