FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF MAPPING TOOLS AND OTHER INFORMATION TOOLS SYSTEMS FOR AID AGENCIES AND FOR OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS.
