THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 1 THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO BE KNOWN AS THE MILLS WILLIAMS JUNIOR FELLOWSHIP TO BE AWARDED TO THE MOST DESERVING STUDENT AT THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF MUSIC FOR COMPOSITION, INSTRUMENTAL PROWESS, CONDUCTING AND VOCAL TALENT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES 2 THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO BE KNOWN AS THE MILLS WILLIAMS SCHOLARSHIP TO BE AWARDED TO A STUDENT AT THE PURCELL SCHOOL 3 FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR AN ANNUAL CONCERT TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROD WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CONCERT TO BE HELD AT AND AS A POTENTIAL PROMOTIONAL INITIATIVE FOR THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF MUSIC IN MEMORY OF ROD WILLIAMS WHOSE DEDICATION TO THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF MUSICAL EXCELLENCE I WAS PROUD TO SHARE AND AM COMMITTED TO PERPETUATING
